Scholarships and Bursaries can often involve a number of business units in a school, including the Principal and Business Manager, Advancement and Philanthropy, Finance and Admissions, and then, of course, donors and recipient families. Because of the number of stakeholders and the sensitivity that can be attached to this process, it is not straightforward to strategise and manage on an ongoing basis.
