{"id":1319,"date":"2025-03-25T16:44:58","date_gmt":"2025-03-25T05:44:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/educateplus-qld\/?post_type=article&#038;p=1319"},"modified":"2025-03-25T16:45:08","modified_gmt":"2025-03-25T05:45:08","slug":"summit-awards-nominations-are-now-open","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/educateplus-qld\/article\/summit-awards-nominations-are-now-open\/","title":{"rendered":"QLD Chapter Summit Awards &#8211; Nominations Are Now Open!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>QLD Chapter Summit Awards &#8211; Nominations are <em>now open<\/em>!<\/strong><\/h5>\r\n<p>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>The <strong>QLD Summit Recognition Awards<\/strong> are for Members who have demonstrated excellence and\/or developed a program or idea which has added value to their institution.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>The Awards also provide recognition for Advancement practitioners within their institutions as outlined below:<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n\t<li><strong>Recognition of Excellence in Advancement<\/strong> within the following fields from 2023 to 2025 \u2013 Admissions, Alumni and Community Relations, People and Culture, Fundraising plus Marketing and Communications<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\t<li><strong>Newcomer Award<\/strong> &#8211; recognising an outstanding newcomer to the field of Advancement. Nominees are eligible based on working in advancement for less than 2 years<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\t<li><strong>Spirit of Advancement Award <\/strong>&#8211; recognising consistent commitment and unwavering dedication to Advancement. Nominees are eligible after working in advancement for over 5 years<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\t<li>A <strong>President\u2019s Awards<\/strong> may also be presented to a member in recognition of outstanding contribution to the Queensland Chapter<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>All Award winners will be acknowledged on Day 1 of the Summit.<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>For multiple Nominations, please submit separate forms.
