During this time there are only two years when she wasn\u2019t a member of the organisation due to her changing roles between the University of Waikato and Southwell School. She has contributed \u00a0\u00a0very significantly to the success of both organisations. In 2000, Janice and the team were the recipients of the best Capital Fundraising Campaign in Australasia raising $11.8M for the University of Waikato. Janice\u2019s role at the University is diverse and she is assisting with a new initiative, Pathways to Excellence. The University is committed to making learning accessible to the communities in the region and Janice is enjoying engaging with the students and with industries in their communities. The Development team is updating the stakeholder engagement database in preparation for further fundraising activities to commence later this year.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-329\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/educateplus-nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2017\/03\/Amanda-Stanes.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"128\" height=\"138\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vice President \u00a0 AMANDA STANES \u00a0 Director of Advancement, Auckland Grammar School\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amanda is a member of Grammar\u2019s Leadership Team and leads the Development Office who are responsible for the School\u2019s fundraising, sponsorship, events, database, publications, print and online communications, including social media, portfolios. She is also on the 150<sup>th<\/sup> birthday celebrations committee planning future significant events and a capital building programme for 2019.Before joining Auckland Grammar School in 2015 Amanda was Associate Director of donor Stewardship at the University of Auckland Business School where she was responsible for a portfolio of major gifts donors and corporate partners. In 2011 she was awarded a Vice Chancellor\u2019s Excellence Award for Community Engagement and in 2012 was honoured with an Order of St John honorific for her work with the charity. That year she also achieved her certificate in Fundraising Executive (CFRE). Before joining the team at Lincoln University, Naomi worked at College House where she established the Alumni and Development Office. From there she went to St Andrew\u2019s College and was responsible for and very successful with the Annual Giving Programme and the Fundraising Campaign leading to their Centennial celebrations.
