Charles Alexander, Legal Consultant with the AIS (NSW), spoke on how enrolments can be a minefield of challenging family circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>Topics covered included; enrolment contracts, court orders, parent code of conduct clauses in contracts, The Disability Act and withdrawal notice periods.
