Special Interest Group Events (SIG)
We have an exciting line up of SIG events available for our members for Semester 1. These are organised by various Chapters but are open to all our Australasia members. We encourage everyone to get online and join in. There is something for every profession in the Advancement sector and this is a great space to learn and share industry ideas.

Alumni | Maximising Engagement |
Alumni events over the past couple of years have been challenging. Sandy and Jack will share their experience and outline a structure for events. What works and what doesn’t. How best to reach out and how to stay connected. They will then open the chat room up for a Q & A session for the last 30 minutes so bring them on! Best if people type questions into the chat and they will endeavour to answer them and draw from others knowledge and experience. |

There will be time in the second half of the session for questions and discussion. Leadership | Collaborate with Class |
Collaborative teams are an increasingly vital source of competitive advantage in today’s highly networked, stakeholder focussed and partnership-oriented business environments. As more organisations move toward a collaborative culture, a new leadership model is emerging – one that replaces command and control with trust and inclusion. Our panel will share their thoughts and welcome your questions in this live interactive discussion on how to cultivate a mindset of diplomacy in order to create more collaborative relationships within your team and throughout your school or institution. This is a SIG not to be missed. |
