Year 9 Visual Arts – Excursion to the Chinese Gardens and the Art Gallery of NSW

Year 9 VA students spent a morning sketching the beautiful Chinese Gardens last week. During the afternoon they explored traditional and contemporary art practice at the Art Gallery of NSW. Next week students will experiment with eastern sumi ink painting plus western landscape painting inspired by our excursion.
