Year 11 Hospitality Students Serve Up a Delicious Treat!

Our talented Year 11 Hospitality students showcased their culinary skills this week by preparing a mouth-watering meal of chicken wraps with oven-baked chips and homemade gravy. The aroma alone had the whole kitchen buzzing!

Adding a special touch, the students handpicked fresh herbs from our College herb garden, infusing the chips with vibrant, garden-fresh flavor. The result? A deliciously wholesome meal that was as satisfying as it was aromatic.

A special mention goes to Donatella and Zara, who took the lead as head chefs for the day. Their leadership, teamwork, and attention to detail were outstanding and truly set the tone for a successful kitchen session.
