Staff Professional Development Day – Update
On Monday 5 August, Domremy teaching staff engaged in a professional development workshop titled “Supporting Consistent Teacher Judgements,” facilitated by our NESA Liaison Officer.
The workshop focused on enhancing teachers’ understanding of assessment within a standards-referenced framework and reporting on student learning. Staff shared valuable insights and expertise in developing high-quality assessment opportunities and refined their skills in creating clear and fair marking guidelines.
Our dedication to continuous learning for teachers reflects our belief in their role as lifelong learners. By investing in professional growth, we strive to continually improve the learning experience for our students and uphold the highest standards of educational excellence.
