So how is this for a Morning Tea?! Our staff were truly spoilt on Friday this week for our fortnightly Gratitude Morning Tea.
Our amazing Hospitality students supplied an absolutely scrumptious array of freshly made savoury and sweet items: think scones with jam and cream (or cream and jam depending on your preference ), rye reuben sandwiches, chicken rolls, crispy vegetable puffs, almond lemon slice, fruit and then some with leftovers for lunch!
All freshly prepped, cooked and assembled in the College’s commercial Hospitality kitchens. There is some sharing of recipes floating around as we speak!
Well done ladies and THANK YOU! All the staff are immensely grateful for the time you gave, the dedication and love you put into your creations, and your skill (which we benefitted from) – truly delicious!
