Sporting Success!

Sporting Success!

The sporting year has started with a roar at Domremy, as we celebrate two incredible success stories that have already set a high standard for our athletes in 2026.

Golfing Superstar!

One of our very talented Year 7 students, Tirzah, successfully made the cut at the Women’s Amateur Concord Cup last week at just 13 years of age.

The three day tournament, held from 12 to 14 February 2026, was organised by Golf NSW and Concord Golf Club. Competing against a strong field from Queensland and Victoria, Tirzah recorded rounds of 76 (+2), 80 (+6), and 75 (+1), finishing in 13th place overall.

Congratulations Tirzah! We are incredibly proud of you.

SILVER in the State & heading to NATIONALS!

Alyssa, Year 12 superstar and her Balmain Touch team took on the heat (and 9 exhausting games!) in Wagga Wagga last weekend. They fought hard all the way to the Grand Final, finishing 2nd out of 14 elite teams.

The best part? Alyssa’s stellar play earned her a spot in the National Touch Championships next month! We are absolutely over the moon. Hard work looks good on you, Alyssa!
