Macbeth – Year 10 English

At the end of Term 1 2025, Year 10 students were visited by members of the Royal Shakespeare Company who performed their rendition of the tragic play, Macbeth. It was a highly interactive experience that incorporated both educational commentary to provide contextual meaning to key scenes, as well as a live performance of Macbeth to deepen the student’s understanding of the play’s central themes following their assessment task. Students were encouraged to participate in the play itself, taking on primary roles such as King Duncan and the Three Witches to create a more fun and exciting experience.(Christina and Sofia, Year 10)
