
Lunch at DOTTIS – Yr 12 Hospitality – Staff Luncheon
On Wednesday 27 May, our Hospitality class cooked a three-course meal for our teachers. The event was inspired by Sydney’s iconic Italian restaurant TOTTIS, we created our own makeshift restaurant, lovingly named DOTTIS.
Today, our class worked together like a well-oiled kitchen machine. Using fresh high quality ingredients, we prepared a vibrant Italian spread that included:
- Slow-Cooked Beef Ragu Pasta
- “Marry Me” Chicken Pasta
- Tomato Burrata Salad
- Italian Rocket Salad
- Mushroom Arancini Balls
- Homemade Tiramisu
Today was a memorable opportunity for us to showcase our skills that we’ve learnt over the years for the last time, just show our appreciation for our beautiful teachers with the support of Mrs Hagios!
