Opening Prayer for Term 4
Loving God,
Thank you for the gift of this new term.
As we begin a new season of learning and growing,
we ask for Your guiding presence.
Bless our students with curiosity and confidence,
and our staff with wisdom and strength for the weeks ahead.
May our classrooms be filled with laughter and learning,
our friendships with kindness and our hearts with hope.
Help us to show compassion to one another and to reflect Your light in all that we do.
We pray for our families, that they may find peace and togetherness.
Grant us all the perseverance to overcome challenges and the joy to celebrate successes.
We make this prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Venerable Nano Nagle, Pray for us.

Dear Parents, Carers, Students and Staff,
I hope this newsletter finds you well as we settle into the final and very fast paced Term 4!
It is wonderful to report that Term 4 is off to a very positive and focussed start across all year levels.
The most significant event currently underway is the HSC examinations. Our dedicated Year 12 students have now entered this final, intensive phase of their secondary schooling. Their calm, committed approach to these exams is a testament to many years of consistent effort and preparation. Please continue to keep these students in your thoughts and prayers over the coming weeks as they diligently complete their exams. We are incredibly proud of their resilience and wish them the very best.
I am delighted to report that our Year 7 2026 Information Evening and Orientation Day were highly successful, marking a wonderful start for our incoming Class of 2031! The Information Evening provided parents and caregivers with a comprehensive overview of our curriculum structure, wellbeing initiatives and the critical transition support we offer at the College. The Orientation Day was a fantastic opportunity for the students themselves. They toured the campus, participated in AAS Testing, had a delicious BBQ lunch and took part in icebreaker activities with Year 10 students. The girls were able to build connections with their future peers and teachers giving them a great introduction to the dynamic and supportive environment of our school community. We look forward to officially welcoming these students next year.
These successful events would simply not be possible without the incredible dedication of our school community. I would like to sincerely thank our amazing staff for their hard work, commitment and professionalism. Their dedication to planning, teaching and supporting our students, often going above and beyond, is what makes our College the special place it is. Their collective efforts are central to every success our students achieve.
My appreciation also extends to our wonderful parents and caregivers for your unwavering support, partnership and engagement. Your involvement in fostering a positive learning environment at home and working collaboratively with our staff is invaluable. Education is a true partnership and we deeply appreciate the trust you place in us every day.
Blessings to you and your families,
Mrs. Antoinette McGahan
