
Cookie Decorating – Year 9 Food Technology
Year 9 Food Technology students are preparing for their upcoming ‘Celebration Cake’ assessment task. Last week, the girls practised various icing techniques using fondant and sugar cookies. The students truly enjoyed mastering these new skills and expressing their creativity. I am incredibly proud of their persistence, focus and engagement throughout the lesson. Well done, girls! I look forward to sharing pictures of their creative cake designs early next term.
