An awakening experience at the Years 7, 8 and 9 Evangelisation Day

The Evangelisation Day at Mount St Joseph College, Milperra, was an awakening and reviving experience for our Year 7, 8 and 9 students. With the range of activities such as fun challenges, icebreakers and a reflective Mass, it enabled many to move out of their comfort zone and connect with other schools from the Sydney Archdiocese.

Grounded in our Catholic tradition, this formation and evangelisation event invited students to reflect on the theme “May we always seek what is good, true and beautiful” exploring how these qualities reveal the presence of God and lead us to encounter Jesus Christ.  Students took part in prayer, discussion, and creative activities that deepened their understanding of faith and mission.

The Evangelisation day was an exceptional way to reconnect with God and form a refreshed perspective of students’ faith. A huge thank you to Ms Isabella Bechara for attending the day and for Ms Claudia Carbone for organising the day.
