Year 7 Belonging Day with Year 11 Big Sisters
The spiritual journey continued with an exploration of the Nano Nagle Icon, further grounding the students in our school’s heritage. In a touching gesture of welcome, each student received a personal letter from the Presentation Sisters, linking our newest cohort to the enduring legacy of the sisters who came before them. Together with their Big Sisters, students then crafted Gerbera flowers, a symbol of new beginnings and the bright future ahead.
The afternoon shifted to high energy team building, starting with interhouse games led by our enthusiastic Vice House Captains. This was followed by the much loved tradition of the newspaper fancy dress challenge, where creativity and teamwork took center stage. Throughout the day, moments of reverence were balanced with plenty of laughter and fun, providing Year 7 with a perfect opportunity to bond with their Big Sisters and take significant steps toward becoming a cohesive and supportive year group.
