Year 9 Japanese onigiri
Students studying Japanese had a fun lesson creating onigiri as part of their Japanese schooling unit.
Onigiri are Japanese rice balls filled with a savoury ingredient and typically enjoyed as an easy snack. Students enjoyed carefully moulding their onigiri into a triangle shape and filling it with their choice of ingredients such as tuna, egg, salmon, avocado, cucumber and Japanese rice seasoning.
