2024 Vinnies Christmas Hampers
Our Social Justice Committee launched it’s 2024 Vinnies Christmas Hamper initiative this term. Last week committee members sorted through and organised all donations, packing them in boxes ready to be delivered to our local Vinnies Conference in Burwood.
They packed over 30 boxes of donated items, which is such a generous contribution! Our Year 9 D&T students also created beautiful native Australian animal Christmas ornaments to deliver alongside our donations, to help bring joy to our local community. A very thoughtful exercise.
Thank you to all students, families and staff members for your generosity which will go towards assisting those experiencing homelessness, disadvantage or hardship at this time of year. I would like to thank each and every one of you for your contributions.
