Created by Matt Banes and Tim Marriott and developed in consultation with professional sports bodies and mental health charities, Lifeline Bondi brings you – Jack’s Ashes.

Jack’s Ashes is a one-hour, live performance designed to engage the audience through humour in order to reduce stigma and promote conversation about mental fitness.

Performed by Tim Marriott (BBCTV’s The Brittas Empire) with recorded contributions from David ‘Bumble’ Lloyd, Shane Watson, ‘Crash’ Craddock and others from the cricket world. 

Jack’s Ashes offers a humorous insight into the mental frailties that can cloud the mind and the distractions that can lead to ruin.
