  • Book Week – Dreaming with eyes open…

In Week 6, we will focus on this national celebration of Australian children’s literature and reading. We are excited to bring the school together for our K-6 Book Character Parade (August 24); as well as welcoming guest speakers and viewing theatrical book adaptations. Students will also catch up with their House Buddy Groups and witness the thrill of the Years 3-6 Spelling Bee Final!

  • Book Launch Invitation – Wondrous Possibilities

Internationally published and award-winning author, Deborah Abela, is launching her new book Wondrous Possibilities at Gleebooks Bookshop on Saturday, August 13. A timely launch, the book has been described as a heart-warming, thrilling reminder of the power of books and friendship for 8–12-year-old readers. This is a free event though bookings are required. It is sure to be loads of fun.
