Issues receiving emails from Cranbrook

It has been brought to our attention that Cranbrook emails are frequently going to the recipient’s junk mailbox. Please could we ask our parents to regularly check their junk mailbox and mark all Cranbrook email addresses as safe and trusted to ensure important information is not being missed.

If you have Outlook, you might try to do that using the following steps:

  • Right click on the relevant message in your junk folder,
  • Select ‘Rules’,
  • Select ‘Always Move Message From…’
  • Select your ‘Inbox’.

Alternatively,

  • Right click on the relevant message in your junk folder,
  • Select ‘Junk’,
  • Select ‘Never block senders’ domain.’
