CETOP Sausage Sizzle Fundraiser

Last week during CETOP Week, on the Monday, our Junior School students took a pledge to ‘go without’ for a day in their classrooms. Pledges included a day without stationery, to a day without technology, all raising awareness of the daily challenges faced by others. Students donated their pocket money to their pledge, often earned by helping out with chores at home.

During Chapel, our 2025 Year 6 Nepal travellers shared inspiring reflections from their journey earlier this year: stories of connection, service and learning in Nepal. On Thursday and Friday, the delicious smell of sausages filled the air, as our community enjoyed a CETOP sausage sizzle, raising funds for projects in Nepal and Ladakh. Combining the money raised from the sausage sizzles and the class pledges, we raised over $2000. Together, we have proved that small actions can make a big difference!
