The Residential Aged Care (RAC) Communiqué is an electronic publication containing narrative case reports about lessons learned from Coroners’ investigations into preventable deaths in aged care homes. The RAC Communiqué addresses the entire socio-technical system of health care from policy to the bedside. Each edition focuses on a theme relevant to the clinicians, managers, educators, and care staff, it provides case summaries and commentaries from recognised experts.
